Our occupational safety management is based on ISO 45001

ISO 45001 sets out a series of objectives related to occupational health and safety management (SGA Management). Some of the main goals are there:

The PDCA cycle in LiDi management according to ISO 45001

The PDCA cycle is a repeating process and is one of the cornerstones of all contemporary management systems. For this reason, it also plays an important role in connection with an SGA management system in accordance with ISO 45001. The cycle consists of the phases Plan, Do, Check and Act.

During the first phase, the planning phase, it is necessary to plan occupational safety-related activities in advance. In the subsequent implementation phase, the planned activities are implemented according to the plan.The “Check” phase stands for monitoring and includes the assessment of the effectiveness of the planned activities. It is important to check whether the objectives originally associated with the occupational safety measures have actually been achieved. This is followed by the “Act” phase, in which solutions are sought if certain goals have not been achieved. The cycle then begins again with the planning phase.
